The 32 Conditions for Vital Human Health
1. Pure Air: Fresh air as pure as possible. Plants and trees produce the best air. Air keeps us alive! Without oxygen metabolic processes cannot occur. Six minutes without it results in brain damage and death usually follows. Stop polluting your life source with chemicals, cooking, smoking, etc.
2. Pure Water: Water serves several purposes in our bodies:
- As a part of protoplasm, cells and of all body components.
- As the body's transportation system. All systems for moving nutrients and wastes of the body require water.
- As an evaporative agent maintain a healthy body temperature.
- Best source of pure water is high water content food. Next best source is distilled or reverse osmosis water.
"The first sign of poisoning is thirst." T. C. Fry.
Stop polluting your water sources with chemicals, refined sugars, flavors, alcohol, caffeine, etc.
3. Comfortable body temperature: Ideal is between 96.5 and 97.5 degrees. The so-called temperature of 98.6 degrees is actually a low grade fever of a body with a pathological process.
The hypothalamus gland is the center control for body temperature and is influenced by levels of glucose and natural sodium. Wear only natural fiber clothes and fabrics. Keep homes at a comfortable temperature.

5. Getting Adequate Sleep: Sleep is the condition under which the brain generates our most precious energy: Vital Nerve Energy (Chi). Without it we are like a car with a full tank of gas and a dead battery Sleep should be in a comfortable bed at a comfortable temperature in a dark, well ventilated room without the hum of electronics
6. Love, Appreciation Friendliness and Kindness will lead to healthy life practices and lack of these will lead to unhealthy life practices: The greatest gift in this life is to love and be loved

8. Vigorous Activity or Exercise: Feel the power of the body in motion! Get connected! Exercise is the means to keep the body fit. Your exercises should be progressive, systemic and habitual.
In my opinion, the rebounder is the best exercise equipment and exercise to do. Five minutes and you've flushed out the lymphatic system and twenty minutes you've done a complete cardio-vascular workout.
9. Sunshine and Natural Light: Usable Vitamin D is created through the agency of sunshine and ergosterol in the cutaneous tissues. Humans need a minimum of twenty-minutes of sunshine on their body daily.
Other benefits: Sunshine improves bone development and density; improves heart performance; contributes to increased energy, endurance, and muscular strength; increases oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood; contributes to lower stress levels; increases sex hormones; and more. Those who get adequate sunshine suffer fewer diseases and so-called infections than their dungeon dwelling counterparts.. Strive to get 2-3 hours of sunshine daily even in the winter.
10. Play and Recreation: Participating in games, hobbies and sports leads to greater health and builds confidence: Connect the body, mind and spirit with those of others.
11. Rest and Relaxation: The body recuperates much of its expenditures while resting: Afternoon nap or siesta leads to life as a fiesta.
12. Emotional Poise and Mental Stability: Hypothalamus gland in the limbic center of the brain governs emotions, (energy in motion). Learn to master your emotions and thoughts, not the other way, for a healthier and more vital life.
13. Pleasant Environment: That which is good for us is pleasant, serene, and harmonious. A pleasant, clean environment is essential to vital health.
14. Gregariousness: Men versus women, men have one center in the brain for speech and women have three. Humans are social, gregarious beings.
15. Security of Life and Its Means: We need adequate base needs in order to move to the next level of the pyramid for self-actualization. Stress is the greatest contributor of enervation.
16. Creative and Useful Work: Everyone has been given a talent to be used for service and the greater good. To be engaged with the creative mind is to be a co-creator of all life.

18. Self Determination, Personal Freedom or Individual Sovereignty: Humans do not thrive if oppressed. They must be free in their person from all unnatural compulsions and inhibitions.
19. Inspiration, motivation, purpose and commitment: "Wherever your two feet are; that's where your purpose is." Grandfather Solomon - Medicine Man, North Dakota Ojibwa.
20. Expression of the reproductive instincts and drive: When an individual practices this lifestyle from a young age, s/he does not go into rapid aging; instead, enters into puberty at about the age of 17-21., when there is mental, emotional and physical development present.
21. Satisfaction of the aesthetic senses: We require beauty in our artistic and cultural objects. Some Japanese change a painting at their entrance daily for conscious awareness. Stop, breathe and become aware of the beauty around and inside you.
22. Self-Reliance or Self-Confidence: Those who lack confidence rarely commit themselves because they fear failure. Remember, the fact that you are here on the planet makes you a winner already.

T.C. Fry stated, "When you start doing what you should have been doing from the beginning; you become who you ought to have been from the start."
24. Humor, Mirth and Merriment: Laughter, healthy fun, and a good sense of humor contribute to vital health. Laughter moves the belly, which moves the spinal fluid for the health of it.
25. Music: The power of music which we appreciate arouses and inspires. Santanna stated, "Music creates changes and healing on a cellular level."
26. Peace, Harmony and Tranquility: War, strife, turmoil, conflict and fighting disturb our well-being. As we mature into wisdom, let peace and harmony take precedence over our life.
27. Thought, Cognition and Meditation: Though we have well-developed brains only a few actually engage in reflection to achieve self-realization. One of my spiritual teachers told me to not pay too much attention to my thoughts because most of them aren't even mine. We tend to accumulate other peoples, when we need to connect with our own. Meditation is a wonderful way to do that.
28. Smiling is contagious! A smile Is a greeting you give to yourself. It is necessary for vital health.
29. Friendship and Companionship: Close friends and especially one best friend is absolutely essential for good health. Everyone needs at least one person with whom they feel comfortable being.

Express yourself in a healthy and amusing manner. T.C. Fry stated, "We have been mis-educated! We are supposed to take our work seriously and not ourselves."
31. Fasting under supervision: Abstain from everything except water. Get to know yourself and your body.
32. And the last condition for optimal health is an understanding and practice of the other 31.
